Zakopane, a 45 minute drive south into The Tourist Town of Poland.  The slopes are busier than elsewhere, and the ski pass

systems vary from slope to slope.  Your first return daytime trip to Zakopane is freethereafter, we charge 60zl return.  Also,

there are regular bus services between Zakopane and Raba Wyzna.  Collecting you from bars etc. after 9.00pm is 40zl extra.

Kasprowy Wierch:  early in the morning, take the cable car from Kuznice (big  queues!!) to the top, then use the ski lifts and at the end of the day, ski down right into Zakopane town centre!  Nosal: easier access than Kasprowy Wierch, but a difficult slope.  Beginners stay on the nursery slopes with instructors.

Gubalowka:  take the funicular railway up to the top and walk along the top ridge to the various ski slopes.  Skiing after dark here gives you spectacular views.

 Szymoszkowa:  Not far outside Zakopane,

with restaurant at top and bottom of the

  slopes.

Pardalowka:  loads of little slopes.
